Yes, a deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit amount is communicated at the time of booking and depends on your length of stay. The balance is due before or on arrival.

We do not hold a separate refundable security or damage deposit — there's nothing extra to pay or wait to be refunded.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online checkout (powered by Paystack). EFT bank transfers are also accepted.

Card payments are processed securely — we never store your card details.

Yes — we can accommodate larger groups by booking multiple apartments across our properties simultaneously. Our units can collectively sleep 25+ guests across one or two complexes.

Yes! We offer seamless self-check-in. Before your arrival, you'll receive a personal door access code and full arrival instructions via WhatsApp and email.

No key collection required — you can arrive at your own pace any time from 3:00 PM. The security guard at the gate will be expecting you.

King Shaka International Airport is approximately 30–35 minutes from our properties (depending on traffic). We recommend Uber for a reliable, affordable transfer.

We don't offer airport transfers directly, but if you need a recommended private transfer service, just ask us on WhatsApp and we'll point you in the right direction.

All our apartments are connected to uncapped fibre with speeds up to 250Mbps — well suited for remote work, video calls, 4K streaming, and multiple devices simultaneously.

WiFi credentials are displayed in the apartment welcome pack on arrival.

11 Leighorne Place has full inverter backup power — your WiFi, lights, TV and essential appliances keep running right through load shedding.

Our 12 Leighorne Place apartments have emergency lighting during load shedding and uninterrupted WiFi, and our 145 12th Avenue apartments have emergency lighting and gas stoves, so you can still see and cook during an outage.

The pool is not heated, but given Durban's warm subtropical climate it's enjoyable almost all year round. In summer (Nov–Mar) the water is wonderfully warm. In winter, daytime temperatures still reach 22–25°C making the pool pleasant on sunny days.

Every apartment is fully equipped for self-catering. You'll find a stove and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans, a cutting board, and cooking utensils are all provided. A complimentary starter pack of coffee pods, tea, sugar, milk, and dishwashing liquid is included on arrival.

Most apartments come with one secure parking bay on-site. The exception is 11C, which uses secure street parking with a night guard. All locations have CCTV and a 24/7 security guard.

Yes! Our Leighorne Place properties have communal braai facilities in the garden area. A braai evening by the pool is a highlight of many stays.

Charcoal or wood is not included but is available at nearby supermarkets (Checkers/Woolworths at Musgrave Centre, just 6 minutes away).

Each apartment has a 43" or 55" Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming apps. Simply sign in with your own account, or use ours — login details are in the welcome pack.

DSTV is available in some units. Please let us know if this is important and we'll confirm availability for your preferred unit.

Yes — every apartment has its own washing machine and tumble dryer. Washing powder and fabric softener are included in the welcome pack.

We recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind. If extenuating circumstances apply, please reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Weekend bookings (Friday or Saturday check-in) require a minimum of 2 nights. Weekday bookings have no minimum — 1-night stays are welcome.

During peak periods (December/January, school holidays), longer minimums may apply. The system will show available options when you search.

We're sorry — we don't accommodate pets at our properties. This is to maintain the quality and cleanliness for all guests, including those with allergies.

All apartments are strictly non-smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted outside in the garden and braai areas only. Smoking inside will result in a deep-cleaning fee being charged.

Apartments are professionally cleaned and hotel-standard prepared before each arrival. Fresh hotel-quality linen and towels are provided.

For stays of 7 nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean is included. Additional cleaning during shorter stays can be arranged for an extra fee — just ask us on WhatsApp.

We're located in Windermere (Morningside), Durban — one of KwaZulu-Natal's most desirable residential neighbourhoods. Our three properties are at 11 Leighorne Place, 12 Leighorne Place, and 145 12th Avenue.

All properties are within minutes of Florida Road (restaurants), Musgrave Centre (shopping), and a short drive to the beaches.

The closest beach is Suncoast Beach and the Durban Beachfront Promenade, just 3.7 km away — about a 10-minute drive.

Uber is available throughout Durban and is the most convenient way to get to the beach without worrying about parking.

Restaurants: Florida Road is 3 km away — it's Durban's main dining strip with dozens of restaurants, bars, and cafés.

Groceries: Musgrave Centre is 4 km away with Woolworths Food, Checkers, Pick n Pay, and a pharmacy. Perfect for stocking up the kitchen on arrival.
