Apartment 11A is the one-bedroom three-sleeper at 11 Leighorne Place, a quiet Windermere cul-de-sac four minutes' walk from Florida Road. The en-suite bedroom has a queen bed dressed in 300-thread-count hotel linen, built-in cupboards, a light-up vanity mirror and a proper walk-in shower — and a high-density Snooza™ guest mattress is available on request for a third guest.
The kitchen is fully self-catering: gas stove and electric oven, full-size fridge-freezer, microwave, and a Nespresso machine for the mornings, with a complimentary starter kit so you're not shopping on arrival night. Working travellers get uncapped 250Mbps fibre WiFi and a study desk; the 43" Smart TV with Netflix covers the evenings — and when load-shedding hits, the inverter keeps the WiFi and emergency lighting running without a blink.
Outside your door are the property's shared splash pool, braai area and patio, plus a shared laundry with complimentary detergents.
