It sleeps four: a private bedroom with a queen bed in 300-thread-count hotel linen, plus a fold-out sleeper couch for two in the lounge, bedding included — a layout that gives families their own space in the evenings.
There's no shared pool here, and that's the point: you get a private patio and braai area all to yourself, plus your own designated parking space in the secure lot. The property is protected by a security fence, CCTV cameras and electric fencing.
Inside: a walk-in shower, light-up vanity mirror, built-in cupboards, study desk, and a full kitchen with gas stove and electric oven, full-size fridge-freezer, microwave, complimentary tea and coffee and the arrival starter kit.
