11B is the family apartment at 11 Leighorne Place: two en-suite bedrooms, each with a queen bed in 300-thread-count hotel linen, its own shower, air conditioning and a study desk — plus a Snooza™ guest mattress, so the unit sleeps five. A private porch with an outdoor dining area and portable braai gives you your own outside space on top of the property's shared pool, braai and patio.
Here's the clever part: outside peak season, from Sunday to Thursday, couples can book 11B as a one-bedroom at a reduced rate (the second bedroom stays locked), while groups of three to five get the whole apartment. On weekends the full apartment is always yours.
The kitchen runs on a gas stove and electric oven with a full-size fridge-freezer, fully stocked utensils, a Nespresso machine and a complimentary starter kit. Uncapped 250Mbps fibre WiFi stays up through load-shedding thanks to the inverter, there's a 43" Smart TV with Netflix, and a shared laundry with complimentary detergents. Your secure parking bay sits behind electric fencing with cameras and a dedicated night guard.

"The accommodation is situated in a safe neighborhood where it's quiet and not too busy. The shopping complex is relatively close by (walking distance) and it's easy to get around when using different transport systems - whether it be Uber or local taxis. Another upside is the alternative power. When loadshedding hit, we had lights and plugs stay on , which was really great. The host is easily reachable. The great service and cleanliness made the stay such a pleasure."
