11C is the most affordable way into 11 Leighorne Place: a trendy one-bedroom two-sleeper with a queen bed in 300-thread-count hotel linen, built-in cupboards and an en-suite shower. The kitchenette runs on an induction stove — quick, safe, and immune to gas-bottle swaps — with a full-size fridge-freezer, microwave, complimentary tea and coffee, and the starter kit that covers your first morning.
Like every apartment in the collection you get uncapped 250Mbps fibre WiFi, a 43" Smart TV with Netflix, and daily servicing (except Sundays and public holidays). During load-shedding the WiFi stays up and emergency lighting comes on. Guests share the property's splash pool, braai area, patio, and laundry with complimentary detergents.
One honest note: 11C comes with guarded street parking rather than a dedicated bay — if a space is free inside the property we'll allocate it to you, but it isn't guaranteed. "Great place. Great hosts. Great staff. It is a walkable distance to the mall and restaurants on Florida road. It is safe as security is always on duty. The cleaning ladies made the stay an absolute pleasure, when we stepped out for a few minutes around the town we came back to an absolutely clean place. The little things stood out for me, like the availability of hot water throughout the entire day and since it was raining a girl needed a hairdryer and it was provided for. Overall the place was amazing."

"I had a wonderful stay! The house is comfortable, and the bed and blankets are delightful. Being close to Florida Road is great—it’s a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood with excellent options for restaurants, supermarkets, gyms, and cafes! A special shout-out to Glenwood Bakery and Humble Cafe. I noticed the Wi-Fi signal gets a bit weak at night. The cleaning and security staff are excellent and very friendly! Whenever I needed to contact the host, I was assisted promptly with all the necessary information. Thank you so much, I recommend staying here! Points to note: I didn't feel very comfortable using the pool, as there’s quite a lot of movement around the housing complex during the day."
