12B is the five-sleeper at 12 Leighorne Place: two en-suite bedrooms — a queen bed in each, dressed in 300-thread-count hotel linen — plus a Snooza™ guest mattress. One bathroom has a walk-in shower, the other an enclosed one, which ends the morning queue. A private patio with a portable braai adds your own outdoor space to the property's shared pool and braai area.
Like its mirror across the road, 12B has flexible pricing outside peak season: from Sunday to Thursday, one or two guests can book it as a one-bedroom at a reduced rate with the second bedroom locked, while three to five guests get the entire apartment — and on weekends the whole unit is always included.
The kitchen carries a gas stove and electric oven, full-size fridge-freezer, fully stocked utensils, complimentary tea and coffee and the starter kit. Uncapped 250Mbps fibre WiFi, a 43" Smart TV with Netflix, study desks, emergency lighting for load-shedding, a shared laundry with complimentary detergents, and a designated secure parking bay behind electric fencing, cameras and a night guard round it out. Housekeeping is daily except Sundays and public holidays.
Families and small groups fit naturally here — and paired with the other Leighorne units, 12B anchors group bookings of up to 20 guests on one quiet street for Durban July and Comrades weekends. Florida Road is four minutes on foot; check-in is self-service from 15:00.
